Hormonal regulator: less powerful than its essential oil, clary sage hydrosol nevertheless has a gentle action on female hormonal disorders. It's an ally for both menstrual cycle disorders and menopause. Its action on the nervous system also enables it to act on mood swings due to hormone variations.
Nervous balancer: clary sage hydrosol has an anxiolytic and stimulating action. It contains small quantities of linalyl acetate, sufficient to confer anti-stress and euphoric properties.
Astringent: clary sage hydrosol is astringent, tightening tissues. It rebalances the skin and helps combat sebum production. It is perfectly suited to oily skin, with a light purifying action to combat acne. This action also regulates perspiration.
Precautions for use: Clary sage hydrosol is not as toxic as its essential oil. There are no proven risks in the case of hormone-dependent pathologies, but as a precautionary measure, it should be avoided during pregnancy and breast-feeding.
