Witch hazel hydrolate

Veinotonic: the Hamamelis hydrolate has a direct action on the circulation. It allows a general vasoconstriction, which makes it a reference hydrosol against circulatory problems such as heavy legs, varicose veins, hemorrhoids or rosacea for example. It allows in short to improve the elasticity of the veins.

Astringent: the hydrosol of Hamamelis makes it possible to tighten the fabrics of the organization thanks to its astringent property. It acts at various levels, in a way as well internal in the event of diarrhoeas, as external to tighten the pores of the skin or to regulate the production of sebum. Its astringency also makes it slightly hemostatic, and allows it to stimulate blood coagulation.

Antioxidant: recent studies have demonstrated the antioxidant action of Hamamelis hydrosol on the skin. It acts against skin aging and can be used to prevent wrinkles.

Anti-pruritic: Witch hazel hydrosol helps to relieve small itches of the skin thanks to its soothing action.
