Organic Hydrolat Helichrysum / Immortelle

Main properties:

Anti-hematoma: italidiones, widely present in the essential oil and in smaller quantities in the hydrolat, have been shown to promote the absorption of bruises and hematomas after a shock, as well as preventing their appearance.

Circulatory: Italian Helichrysum hydrosol promotes circulation throughout the body, activating peripheral microcirculation and acting as a mild vasoconstrictor. It thus helps relieve minor venous problems such as hemorrhoids, heavy legs, rosacea, etc.

Healing: Italian Helichrysum hydrosol has a strong healing action, helping to attenuate swollen, acne or post-operative scars.

Anti-inflammatory: Italian Helichrysum has the ability to soothe skin inflammation, so it works equally well on itching, redness and inflammatory pain. The hydrolat is therefore ideal for irritated skin damaged by eczema, psoriasis and acne.

Depurative: Italian Helichrysum hydrosol has a purifying action on the blood system, as well as on certain organs such as the pancreas and gall bladder. It thus facilitates the elimination of toxins from the body.

Antioxidant: the diones present in Italian Helichrysum hydrolate help combat skin aging. Italian Helichrysum has been shown to have a significant effect on the prevention of skin wrinkles.

Mucolytic: the presence of eucalyptol in Italian Helichrysum hydrosol confers mucolytic properties to thin mucus in the respiratory tract.

For hematomas, blows and black eyes

Adults: Orally, dilute 1 teaspoon in a glass of water, 2 to 3 times a day. Do not exceed 3 weeks' use.

Dermally, apply a compress to the affected area for 15 to 30 minutes, or spray on the affected area

For scars:

From age 3. For cutaneous use, spray hydrosol on affected areas.

Precautions for use :

Due to the presence of ketones (italidiones), this hydrosol should not be used by pregnant and breast-feeding women and children under 3 years of age.
