

White tea is essentially an unprocessed teais essentially an unprocessed tea. Our tea is simply plucked and dry wilted. Minimal oxidation can occur naturally, due to the dry air drying process. This is why some white teas, such as Classic White Peony, have different colored leaves (white, green and brown). White teas produce a very pale green or yellow liquid and are the most delicate in flavor and aroma.

Water temperature: 80°C /infusion 5-7 minutes / drink temperature: 70°C
