Roll-on against migraine

A handy little Roll-on to have in your handbag or purse!

Who has never said "I have a headache"? Apart from "hangovers", the day after a drunken party, migraines and headaches are among the most common ailments worldwide. We often resort to paracetamol or aspirin, sometimes without much success. In this article we propose a synergy of essential oils to fight against these migraines or headaches.

The information in more: There is very often confusion between migraines and headaches, very often these two evils are assimilated, there are however some differences:

The migraine is intense and can last a few hours to several days with a variable intensity. It is present on only one side of the head (etymologically, the word migraine means "half of the skull") in a pulsatile way (beating behind the eye). It can be accompanied by nausea and/or vomiting, intensification of the pain during an effort as well as an extreme sensitivity to the light, the noise and/or the odors. A migraine is said to occur when one suffers 5 successive migraine attacks (as described above).

Headaches, or tension headaches, are more or less acute but diffuse pains. These headaches can have different factors: cervical problem, stress, vision problems, bad diet, consumption of stimulants (coffee, tea...), a clogged liver, fatigue, dehydration, menstrual syndrome.

Application

In the event of the beginning of pains, to apply the roll-on to the zone of the temples but also at the base of the nape of the neck, in the hollow of the cervicals in massage. Attention not to apply near the eyes, because of menthol present in the essential oil of Peppermint.

Contra-indication

The advices of this article exclude the children as well as the pregnant and nursing women. They can in no case replace the diagnosis of a doctor and are only useful for the small evils of the everyday life.
