First use:

Open the purifier from the top.

Remove the stem from inside the product and the plastic tube. Moisten the cotton pad for 3 minutes, replace the plastic tube and secure it back into the unit.

Add water, then replace cover.

Press ON-OFF button.

Hold ON-OFF for 2 seconds to activate LEDs.

The cotton must be completely damp when first used; if it doesn't get wet, it won't blow the steam.
